Meet the beautiful two year old Indi and we have a lovely write up from her foster Dad…

Indi is an absolute dream. She was very very scared and timid when I first got her but has since come right out of her shell.

She is a very happy girl and loves time with her humans. She loves nothing more than smooshing her face into my lap for a pat and a cuddle and grabbing her toys and throwing them around the house.

Indi is a good communicator and will ask to go outside for the toilet and has absolutely no reservations about telling you when she is hungry or wants to play.

She can be a bit cheeky when she is excited to play or wants attention and will pick up stuff with her mouth. I’ve caught her stealing coins, guitar picks, socks, and blankets off the bed. Although she doesn’t want to eat them, she just wants a reaction from you, so a good play works and gets it out of her system.

Indi is still a bit wary at food time. It took me about a week or so to build her trust up enough to be in the same room as her while she had her food otherwise, she would run away from it. But since then, she has had absolutely no dramas at mealtime.

She is home alone for 9 hours a day and have not yet once come home to any dramas apart from her doing a big zoomie because she is excited to see me.

She seems fine with other dogs if she is introduced slowly and got along with my other greyhound with no dramas apart from being slightly upset when Spud gets more attention than her.
