We have a lovely senior in need of a new home due to family circumstances and a big move.
Alvin is a very quiet and relaxed almost 8-year-old.
Here is a lovely message from his family who need him to find a new home…

We have had Alvin since he was 3 so all the training has been done and he would make a seamless fit into a new home. He is very happy doing his own thing, relaxing on his bed (or yours) is where you would find him throughout the day.

Alvin mostly enjoys being indoors but loves to come in and outside freely.
Walks are the highlight of Alvin’s day. He is normally walked once or twice a day, is great on the lead and prefers to be always on the left-hand side. He enjoys going to the beach (on-lead) and having a dip in the ocean in Summer. He is a big baby and loves to be held in the water.
He loves his food but is not overly picky and of course loves snacks.
He loves to go on car rides and sticking his snoot out the window.
Reacts very well to most dogs except ones showing any signs of reactivity and he will bark at them to let them know he is protecting his family.

Alvin loves a cuddle and would let you rub his belly and give him pats all day long. He also loves to be up on the furniture with you (if you let him).
He would love someone that works from home or part-time. He prefers to be left indoors if you were to go out for a while.

He completed his green collar when we adopted Alvin at 3 years old.
Alvin really is the easiest, most relaxed pet we have ever had and would make the ultimate companion for someone looking for company. He is not overly playful and spends most of his day on his back fast asleep or lying nearby his humans.

He has spent time around young children and is not bothered by them but does prefer his own space and for them to know that his bed is off limits and his safe space.
