Meet Andy with a lovely update from her foster mum.

Andy is a 3 1/2 year old alert, playful girl who loves people, car rides and walks.

Andy is living with another calm male Greyhound which she has been mostly ok with, but she can get a bit growly and bossy at times. She likes interactions on her terms, so she would be best suited with another submissive dog who would allow her to be the boss or as an only dog.

She sleeps through the night, has been left outside and inside on her own while I have been out and about and at work (up to 9 hours) and has been fine, no separation anxiety or destructive behaviours.

When you get home she is excited to see you, watch out for her waggy tail. I walk her early morning before work, music is left on, toys and a filled Kong bone is given to her.

Andy could be suitable for a part time or full-time worker as long as she has time to get comfortable in the home first and then when left alone increase the hours gradually.

We feel she will need someone with a confident nature that can do further leash and socialization training, as she can get a bit excited and bouncy when she meets people and dogs and is strong on the lead in this new wide world of hers.

Although Andy can be a bit excitable at times, she can also be very sweet, she loves to be near you when your home and loves affection, she will get up close and stare at you with her soulful eyes and she has the cutest ears.

Due to her energy levels no small children as she is a strong girl who could easily knock them over.

A back yard she can play in would be ideal for this lovely girl
